Carolina Properties Network, LLC is a firm that has been created by three very experienced and dedicated individuals – each with different expertise.
Our mission is to create investments that pay through the sales and management of conservation, investment, recreational, and residential properties.

Albert
Albert Shaw – Broker Principle – is a licensed broker in NC with experience in dealing with farmland, recreational land and investment timber land. A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Soil Technology, he is an active row crop and tree farmer currently enrolled in Forest Stewardship programs and American Tree Farm Systems. Albert is a member of North Carolina Forestry Association, Forestland Owners Association and Quail Unlimited. Although his expertise is raw land, he is licensed to sell all types of real estate. His experience can help clients both buy and sell properties that will fulfill their real estate goals.
Ash
Ash Carper – Broker In Charge – has been a real estate broker for 18 years working for three different agencies during that time span. He has experience in listing, selling, appraising (valuation) residential, commercial, farms, timber lands and recreational (resorts) properties. He has been a real estate instructor teaching pre-license and post-license courses at Bladen Community College, Robeson Community College and Southeastern Community College. He is also a certified FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector and served most recently during the Katrina Disaster in Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida.
Greg
Greg Conner has been helping people to invest in forests and forest land for over 35 years. Greg’s primary focus will be on helping people to acquire and manage forest and recreational properties. He also works with landowners who are interested in preserving their forests for future generations while maximizing potential income and tax benefits from conservation easements, land trusts, and forest stewardship plans.
Greg is a Registered Consulting Forester in North and South Carolina and a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Consulting Foresters, NC Woodlands, the Society of American Foresters, and the North Carolina Forestry Association. Greg has a B.S. in Forestry from NC State University and an M.B.A. from Fayetteville State University.
